Standard shipping for bridal gowns typically takes 12-16 weeks as many are made-to-order. We recommend ordering at least 6 months before your wedding to allow for alterations.
What is your return policy on bridal accessories?
Accessories such as veils, jewelry, and hairpieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Custom orders are final sale.
Do you offer professional alteration services?
Yes, we provide in-house alterations for gowns purchased at The Wedding Shoppe. We suggest booking your first fitting at least 8 weeks prior to your event date.
How do I determine my correct size?
Bridal sizing often runs smaller than high-street fashion. Please refer to our detailed size guide and have a professional take your measurements for the most accurate fit.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.
